Subscription term and early cancellation

Monthly and Quarterly plans are 12-month service agreements. Plan prices ($17 per bin monthly and $27 per bin quarterly) are discounted from our One-Time rate ($39.99 per bin) in exchange for that 12-month commitment.

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel a Monthly or Quarterly plan before completing 12 months of service, you agree to pay the difference between the One-Time rate and your plan rate for each cleaning already completed, up to a maximum of $75 per bin. For example, a Monthly customer who cancels after two cleanings is charged 2 × $22.99 = $45.98 per bin. This amount is charged to the payment method on file.

After 12 months, your plan continues automatically at the same rate on the same schedule, and you may cancel at any time with no fee. One-Time cleanings have no commitment.

To cancel or change your plan, log in to your customer account or call us at (818) 425-9993. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
